WELCOME ABOARD

Step inside to find a welcoming interior filled with natural light. The spacious saloon features comfortable seating, creating a cozy environment for relaxation and socializing. Right across from the helm station, a large foldable table easily accommodates eight people, perfect for shared meals and gatherings with family and friends. A convenient door on the starboard side offers seamless access to the outdoors. While located on the lower deck, the open-plan galley remains connected to the living space, with no solid separation, ensuring an airy atmosphere.

The master cabin features an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe for a touch of luxury. There is also an en-suite VIP cabin in the bow area, complete with a hatch right above the bed. A snug twin guest cabin and a small bunk cabin are both great for kids and share a well-appointed bathroom. Throughout the boat, you will find plenty of storage and openable windows to let in the fresh sea breeze.

Outside, soft sunpads are available in both the bow area and the cockpit for leisurely afternoons. Located aft, another foldable table offers al fresco dining for six. A hydraulic platform makes it easy to launch and retrieve the tender, providing quick access to the water.


REFIT HISTORY

1. Drain and Water Systems

  • A drain plug was manufactured to fit over the black water outlet.

  • The black water tank was drained in accordance with MARPOL regulations.

  • High-pressure cleaning of the black water tank was completed.

  • The MARPOL drain circuit on the ECOTANK barge was recommissioned and the float for the black water tank level gauge was repaired.

  • The outlet hose, which was obstructed by kinking, was removed and replaced.
    The black water tank drain pump start-up control system was modified to align with the original system.

2. Electrical and Lighting

  • All deck fittings were refurbished and deoxidized.

  • The bulbs in the two spotlights in the starboard aft lounge were changed and rewired to fit current bulbs.

  • The light in the second technical room of the lazaret was repaired, cables were reconnected, and it was tested OK.

  • The light bulb holder in the pump room of lazarette number two was replaced.

  • Missing temperature sensors in the saloon were installed and the fan coil blower in the crew cabin was repaired.

  • Batteries for fire safety smoke detectors were replaced, and an annual revision of all safety equipment was completed.

3. Cabin and Interior

  • Non-functional fabric curtains were removed from cabins and mini hoists were dismantled for re-stitching.

  • The venetian blind in the owner's bathroom was removed and dismantled, then tested after reassembly.

  • The customer staircase was renovated and re-carpeted.

  • The VIP cabin holds and other areas were emptied, cleaned, disinfected, and painted.

  • Defective window seals in guest cabins and bathrooms were repaired.

4. Plumbing and HVAC

  • The air-conditioning compressor outlet chilled-water circulation pipe was insulated.

  • The water heater was drained, the electrical resistance was removed, the sacrificial node was changed, and new resistance was installed.

  • The circulating fluid in the air-conditioning system was changed to a suitable glycol mixture to prevent ice plugs.

  • Repairs on the garage floor seal were conducted to prevent water infiltration.

5. Mechanical

  • The centralized bilge pump was removed, refurbished, and the split filter was changed before reinstallation.

  • The starboard engine sump was repaired to fix an oil leak.

  • An annual overhaul and servicing of two main engines and generators were conducted, including troubleshooting and oil analysis.

  • The ceiling fixings in the crew cabin were repaired.

6. Hull & Deck 

  • Stainless steel for all port and starboard cleats and deck fittings were polished.

  • The main engines' silent block exhaust support was repaired and refurbished.

  • The garage door cladding was renovated and the lettering was replaced with higher quality materials.

  • Deck teak was renovated with three-phase treatment: alkaline soap, acid, and polishing.

7. Medical Supplies and Safety Equipment

  • Medical supplies and first aid kits were checked, and necessary items were ordered to replenish stocks.

  • A complete inventory of safety equipment was conducted, including fire extinguishers, life jackets, and emergency flares.

  • The first aid training for the crew was scheduled and materials were prepared for the session.

8. Miscellaneous Tasks

  • The inner closure panel in the middle of the soundproofing cocoon on the Babor generator was repaired.

  • A search for model-specific electrical trunking was conducted to replace exposed cables.

  • An inventory of uniforms and household linen was completed, ordering and recovering necessary items.

  • The living room TV and home cinema connection were upgraded, and the sound on Bose speakers was tested.

9. Final Checks and Inspections

  • Water infiltration tests were conducted and the deck hatch channel in the engine room was waterproofed.

  • The entire fire system was checked and overhauled, including fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems.

  • The functionality of all safety equipment, including rocket, satellite beacon, and rescue rafts, was tested.

  • The inclination of the zero point for the bridge carriage was adjusted, ensuring proper operation.
