PRELIMINARY LISTING

AURORA is an 84’ Cheoy Lee Bravo built in 2012, offering a highly functional layout and features, tailored for owners who value performance and recreational use without sacrificing luxury and onboard volume. Professionally maintained by her captain and crew, she stands out in her size and price range with low engine hours, a high-volume interior, 3 ensuite staterooms all with walkaround King/Queen beds, and an air-conditioned flybridge with enclosure and spacious crew quarters. She cruises comfortably at 18 knots and delivers the solid engineering and finely crafted woodwork Cheoy Lee is known for. AURORA is equipped with an extended cockpit, appealing to the customer looking to combine the functionality of a sportfish or dive boat with the luxurious touches of a long-range cruiser.

Accessed from the transom, the TNT lift carries a 2019 ZAR 15’ tender with 90HP outboard, Bimini top, Garmin chart-plotter, and tow arch. AURORA’s factory-built cockpit is outfitted with an aquarium-style live well and has ample space for a fighting chair. Additional cockpit features include a 1,200 lb. davit enclosed with a hinged coaming lid, and davit plates for a jet ski or motorcycle/scooter. The TNT lift also operates as your own private beach area or dive platform. Ten Ocean LED underwater lights provide a relaxing ambiance in the evening. A transom bulwark door provides cockpit access.

The aft deck is finished with teak decking, a beautiful compass rose teak table with built-in seating and matching teak chairs, and a Corian bar top, along with a refrigerator and a top-loading freezer. A weathertight fiberglass cabinet housing a 32” TV supports outdoor entertaining. Port and Starboard doors provide easy dockside access utilizing a stowable MarQuipt staircase.

The spacious main salon is entered through a sliding glass and stainless-steel door and offers ample seating with alarge48” LED TV to starboard. Featuring one level living from aft cockpit to galley, forward of salon is a handcrafted built-in round dining table to port and a full-service bar to starboard, complete with bar fridge. Hidden wall panels open, featuring an array of glassware. The full galley with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances is positioned forward on the main deck, accompanied by a convenient day head. In addition to the GE Monogram side-by-side refrigerator, AURORA is equipped with a total of six Vitrifrigo refrigerator/freezer drawers providing ample cold storage for long-range cruising. A full-size microwave, cooktop, and oven complete this gourmet configuration. A spiral staircase leads below to the two King staterooms. The forward staircase provides access to the Queen VIP. Full-sized Maytag Washer and Dryer located opposite VIP cabin with a large pantry. A side deck door can be found in the galley forward, starboard side.

AURORA has recently installed Starlink and refitted all of the yachts' TVs for convenient streaming, whether you’re on the dock or offshore, as well as upgrading the sound system to all JL Audio. LED lighting throughout.

Starting aft at the transom, you’ll find the TNT lift, which carries a 15’ ZAR tender powered by a 90HP outboard. The spacious, factory-built cockpit features an aquarium-style livewell, chilled storage, and a prep station. This area can be shaded with a canopy and truly complements the space, offering close proximity to the water for swimming and boating activities.

Moving forward via molded port and starboard stairs is the aft deck, which offers one of the vessel’s three dining areas. This space includes a teak table, built-in aft seating, and folding teak chairs. To port is a walk-up bar with refrigerator, while stairs to starboard lead up to the flybridge.

A sliding glass and stainless-steel aft deck door opens into the main salon, which offers ample comfortable seating and a large LED TV to starboard. Forward in the salon is a round dining table to port and a full-service bar to starboard. Continuing forward on the main deck is the full galley with stainless steel appliances to port, a day head, and a spiral staircase leading down to the master stateroom and king guest stateroom. All the way forward on the main deck is a staircase descending to the VIP queen stateroom.

The flybridge is accessible via the aft deck staircase or the forward spiral staircase from the main salon. The flybridge features an air-conditioned helm with a three-sided EZ2CY enclosure, two helm chairs, a settee with table to port, and a bar with three stools to starboard. Aft, there is a gas BBQ grill and a large open deck area ideal for setting up chairs and entertaining.

The crew quarters and engine room are accessed through a centerline transom door in the cockpit. Upon entry, you first arrive in the crew area, which includes a stateroom to port with two berths and another to starboard with a full berth. Moving further forward is the engine room, maintained to A-1 yacht-quality standards and equipped with twin CaterpillarC-32 ACERT engines, twin 32kW Kohler generators, and numerous additional “big yacht” features.
